- Vendors: AWS (hosting), Stripe (payments), HubSpot (marketing), Office RnD (integrations).
- Professional Advisors: Auditors, lawyers, accountants under NDA.
- Legal Requests: Only when compelled by court order or to protect rights.
No Selling: We never sell or rent personal data.
6. Data Retention
Accounts stay live until you delete them. Project files are purged 90 days after subscription ends. Backup archives roll every 30 days.

Depending on your region, you have rights over your personal data:
- GDPR (EU/UK): Access, Rectify, Erase, Restrict, Port, Object.
- CCPA (California): Know, Delete, Correct, Opt-out of sharing.

Our services are intended for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. International Transfers
Data may be stored or processed outside your jurisdiction (primarily USA). Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary controls.
